About this position

Rare Opportunity to Be Involved in Building a New Team
This role offers a unique chance to be part of the launch phase of a new team.
Rather than simply maintaining existing operations, you will have the opportunity to take a proactive role in designing business processes and shaping the team structure.

Develop a Highly Sought-After and Unique Skill Set
SPC and fund accounting is a specialized field with growing market demand and a limited talent pool.
Even candidates without prior experience can develop into professionals with strong and unique market value over the long term.

Exposure to Investment and M&A-Related Accounting Beyond Traditional Accounting Roles
You will gain hands-on accounting experience related to investments and corporate transactions conducted through SPCs, including real estate, renewable energy projects, and private equity investments—experience rarely available in typical accounting positions.

A Diverse, Flexible, and Supportive Work Environment
Over 30% of our employees are non-Japanese nationals, and more than 60% are women.
We offer flexible working arrangements, including a flextime system and remote work options (with a requirement to work from the office at least two days per week).
