Role Mission

We are looking for a Sprinklr Technical Success Manager to join our team and support the design, configuration and optimization of Sprinklr solutions across social listening, reporting and data workflows.

This is a dual technical and consultative role: someone who can understand business and client needs, translate them into effective Sprinklr solutions, and is comfortable getting hands-on with the platform configuration. Combines the client-facing and consultative mindset of a Technical Success Manager with the hands-on capabilities of a Sprinklr Consultant / Platform Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimize social listening models, including taxonomies, queries, topics and classification rules.

• Design, build and optimize operational and executive dashboards and reports in Sprinklr.

• Configure workflows, alerts and escalation processes to support the management of insights and incidents.

• Ensure data governance and data quality, including tagging consistency, classification accuracy and taxonomy maintenance.

• Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable and technically robust Sprinklr configurations.

• Troubleshoot configuration and data-quality issues and continuously identify opportunities to improve the setup.

• Document listening models, queries, rules, dashboards, workflows and data structures to ensure traceability and knowledge transfer.

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and social media performance analysis, covering both organic and paid activity.

• Train internal and external stakeholders on platform usage, dashboards and reporting metrics.

• Work closely with strategy, analytics, social listening and client teams to ensure the platform delivers against business needs.

Key Deliverables

• Fully documented social listening models, including taxonomies, queries, topics and classification rules.

• Competitor benchmark analyses and social media performance reporting across organic and paid activity.

• Operational and executive dashboards configured and optimized in Sprinklr.

• Alerting and workflow systems for insight and incident management.

• Export schemas and data dictionaries supporting reporting, traceability and data governance.

• Clear technical documentation and governance guidelines for ongoing maintenance and optimization.

Skills & experience

• Hands-on experience with Sprinklr, ideally across Social Listening, Reporting and/or Service/Workflow capabilities.

• Strong understanding of social listening configuration, including Boolean queries, taxonomies, topics and classification/tagging logic.

• Experience building and optimizing dashboards and reporting environments.

• Comfortable working with data structures, exports, data dictionaries and data governance.

• Ability to troubleshoot, QA and optimize platform configurations rather than simply manage them at a high level.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data quality.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical, analytical, strategic and client-facing teams.

• A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to get into the detail when required.

• Native or Fluent Spanish is required.Benefits

• Work your way — Flexible schedule, hybrid work, and the opportunity to work up to 3 weeks a year from any SAMY office around the world.

• Time that matters — Celebrate your birthday with a day off, plus company holidays on December 24th and 31st to recharge.

• Grow with us — Global mobility opportunities, mentorship, parenthood support, and a transparent performance-driven compensation framework.

• Be part of the journey — Help shape our team through our referral program and enjoy a collaborative, social culture, backed by a transparent, performance-driven compensation framework that rewards impact and supports your growth.

The SAMY Mindset

Forget the job description for a second. The real question is: are you a Path Finder? Bold enough to challenge what's possible. Collaborative enough to build it together. Driven enough to make it happen.

We don't just hire for roles, we hire for mindset. We look for people who communicate with honesty, collaborate without ego, embrace change with energy, and take real ownership of what they build.

We're not looking for people who think the same, we're looking for people who want to grow with us.
Here's what it actually looks like to belong here:
Be Kind — because respect, trust, and honest feedback make great teams stronger.
Go Beyond — because good is never enough when excellence is the standard.
Craft Together — because the best ideas don't happen in silos.
Enjoy the Journey — because growth lives outside the comfort zone.
Own It — because real impact starts with accountability.
If this feels like your kind of adventure, let's build something together.

Diversity & Inclusion

At SAMY, difference is not something we accommodate, it's what makes us stronger.
With a team made up of 70% women and more than 35 different nationalities, our different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences challenge our thinking, sharpen our creativity, and push us to build better work, and a better company.

We are committed to creating an inclusive, accessible, and barrier-free environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. And if you need support or adjustments along the way, we'll make sure you have what you need to do your best work.
