CDIT is seeking an experienced Database Developer to support a secure, mission-critical environment. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database-driven applications using Oracle PL/SQL, REST APIs, and front-end web technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Oracle databases, data migration, web application development, and end-to-end application security, with the ability to independently develop and support complex technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Develop efficient queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Develop and maintain web applications and front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Plan and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy software components through formal change management processes.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot application and database issues.
- Implement and maintain security controls across the application and database stack.
- Support Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and middleware environments such as Tomcat.
