Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

Procense.ai is building the next leader in industrial automation, starting with process manufacturers. We have high demand for our products, and are looking for an experienced full stack software engineer to help us build our unique offering.

From food and pharmaceuticals to chemicals and personal care, process manufacturers produce the essential goods that power our daily lives. Yet many of these non-discrete operations still rely on outdated, paper-based legacy systems for managing production and quality operations.

Procense is changing that. By building AI-powered software with industrial-grade IoT, Procense helps process manufacturers modernize how they collect, analyze, and act on in-process production and quality data. The result: improved batch performance, fewer production issues, improved compliance, higher quality, a system of action for their most critical data, and a platform to generate crucial insights into their operations.

Procense’s engineering team builds and maintains the one-of-a-kind product that powers our customers’ workflows. Our platform is rapidly changing as we iterate on the product, which allows us to meet our customers’ needs efficiently. The goal of the engineering team is to solve problems for our customers, making them more effective - this means that we stay deeply attuned to customer and industry needs. We don’t want to just build something, we want to build the right thing.

You should apply if:

• You want to impact the industries that run our world. The software you build will have real-world stakes: helping manufacture life-saving pharmaceuticals, safe food, and essential chemicals. What ships here shows up directly on the factory floor, in quality control, and on the batch production line.
• You want to build, not maintain. Procense is in early-stage growth mode, modernizing legacy, paper-based systems with cutting-edge technology. You'd own entire problem spaces end to end, with the autonomy to set direction and shape our platform from day one.
• You want to work where AI meets industrial automation. Procense is bridging the gap between advanced AI, industrial IoT, and complex process manufacturing. You'll help build systems that turn critical operational data into actionable intelligence and automated workflows.
• You believe customers are more than a number. Procense engineers maintain a close connection to our users. You'll collaborate directly with leadership, product management, and customers to build a deep domain knowledge and deliver products that solve real problems process engineers face every day.
• You have the curiosity and drive to figure it out. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work and thrive in an early-stage environment. The engineers who succeed here don’t wait to be told what to build—they define it, ship it, and own the outcome.
