Must have
- At least 3 years of current experience developing complex enterprise software and interfaces
- Recent backend experience with Java (EE), including Java 21
- Experience with Quarkus (or a similar framework such as Spring), including recent 3.x experience

Full description
Voor de Belastingdienst zoeken wij een Sr. Fullstack Java Developer. Je werkt binnen het ICTU-programma ENIAMS aan informatievoorzieningen en pilots voor Nederlandse en Europese Identity and Access Management-stelsels. Deze stelsels hebben betrekking op burgers, bedrijven en vastgoed. Het portfolio omvat onder meer EDI, eIDAS, DTC, Toegang, Wdo, Reisdocumenten, SVM en Wtta. Naast de ontwikkeling van informatievoorzieningen en ICT werk je aan activiteiten op het gebied van beheer, toezicht, handhaving, certificering en accreditatie.
Voor de uitvoering van het Wtta-stelsel ontwikkel je gefaseerd het informatiesysteem Assessio. Als senior fullstack Java-ontwikkelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, testen, uitrollen en tijdelijk beheren van software. Je zorgt ervoor dat software niet alleen op jouw eigen machine werkt, maar ook betrouwbaar functioneert in de beoogde omgeving. Hiervoor zet je je brede expertise in Java, Angular en DevOps in, samen met je ervaring met complexe enterprise-software en integraties.
Je levert software op volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsaanpak en kwaliteitseisen.
Je werkzaamheden
- Je werkt requirements uit en verfijnt deze tot epics en user stories.
- Je schat werkzaamheden in en plant de uitvoering van user stories.
- Je ontwikkelt software en schrijft geautomatiseerde tests.
- Je levert software op, rolt deze uit en verzorgt tijdelijk beheer.
- Je ondersteunt collega-ontwikkelaars en voert peer reviews uit.
- Je documenteert software en adviseert over architectuur- en realisatiekeuzes.
- Je richt OTAP-omgevingen in en onderhoudt deze.
- Je ondersteunt bij ontwerpen, technisch onderzoek en analyses.

Jouw profiel
- Je hebt ruime ervaring met Java, Angular, DevOps en de ontwikkeling van complexe enterprise-software.
- Je realiseert robuuste, bidirectionele koppelingen met externe systemen via REST en SOAP. Ervaring met overheidsdiensten zoals TVS, eHerkenning, eIDAS, de Belastingdienst, de Nederlandse Arbeidsinspectie, Logius CA of Rijksweb is een pré.
- Je kunt omgaan met systemen die door andere partijen worden beheerd en implementeert passende foutafhandeling, retry-logica, datavalidatie en complexe authenticatiestromen.
- Je vertaalt bedrijfsprocessen naar code met expliciete statussen, overgangen, validatieregels en vertakkingen. Je houdt daarbij rekening met randgevallen zoals time-outs en intrekkingen. Ervaring met event-sourcing is een pré.
- Je past security by design toe en houdt rekening met risico’s bij bestandsuploads, externe koppelingen en gebruikersinteracties. Je hebt ervaring met inputvalidatie, autorisatiecontroles op API-niveau en RBAC.
