Solution
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope,
schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors,
vendors, and internal engineering teams.
- Manage project risks, Technical resources, procurement,
and stakeholder communications.
- Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings,
and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations,
and project requirements.
- Oversee and follow up installation, testing,
commissioning, and successful project handover.
- Prepare project progress reports, financial forecasts, and
executive presentations.
- Mentor project engineers and site teams to ensure
successful project execution.
Requirements
