Will do code, test, debug, and document programs. Develop, implement and maintain computer applications. May assist Programmer/Analyst on more complex projects and prepare programming specifications and documentation

Bachelors Degree or equivalent required

6+ years’ experience
Expert understanding of logic and coding
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment
Expert knowledge of Application Program Language
Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
May require additional project-specific training

Level of Knowledge, Skill, and Authority

Has a high degree of knowledge in the overall field and recognized expertise in specific areas
Problem-solving frequently requires analysis of unique issues/problems without precedent and/or structure
Functions with a high degree of autonomy
