JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL FUNCTION
The Sr. Manager Process Engineering is responsible for leading a hands-on manufacturing engineering organization supporting high-mix, high-volume production operations, with primary responsibility for injection molding, paint, and assembly processes.
The successful candidate will work side by side with production, maintenance, quality, tooling, automation, and NPI teams to improve manufacturing performance and process robustness.
The position combines technical leadership with people management and is accountable for delivering measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Yield, Efficiency, and manufacturing capacity.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a manufacturing engineering team responsible for process and equipment design, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and KPI performance across safety, volume, efficiency, cost, yield, and service.
