Overview
When you join Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. you are joining an organization that is deeply rooted in the Philosophy of “doing what is right as a human being”. Through this Philosophy, our employees are passionate about providing best in class customer service through efficiency, accountability and a sense of urgency all while putting knowledge to work to drive change.
In addition, we’re a Great Place to Work… and we really mean it! Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work since 2022. An organization earns this distinction when its employees have expressed their trust in the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with.
As Senior Manager, Sales Planning & PSI Management, you will own the numbers that steer our business: the sales forecast, the PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) plan, and pricing for Kyocera Document Solutions America (KDA), its US-based Subsidiaries, and its overseas Sales Companies. You will build and run the planning frameworks behind these numbers, spot risks early, and bring Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and our parent company in Japan together to act on them — so we maximize sales, avoid excess inventory and backorders, and price with confidence.
This role is a great fit for someone who is analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, yet able to step back and see the bigger picture — someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear recommendations and building scalable, repeatable processes that support both short-term performance and long-term business objectives.
Why You’ll Love This Role
+ Real ownership: You will own the Sales Planning, PSI, and pricing frameworks — not just run them — and shape how they evolve.
+ Visibility with leadership: You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, the Sales Companies, and our parent company in Japan, so your insights directly shape business decisions.
+ End-to-end, global scope: You will see the business from forecast to factory order, inventory, and price, across the US and international Sales Companies.
+ Room to build: You will partner with IT to improve the data, tools, and systems (including Power BI) behind planning and reporting, and use AI to automate routine work and elevate how planning and analysis are done.
The chance to do something meaningful, to challenge yourself, to be a part of change in an industry, to influence change doesn’t come around every day.
