This is an opportunity to help shape where we invest, how we operate, and what we build next.
We’re looking for a curious, analytically strong finance professional who wants to work close to the business and see their recommendations put into action. You’ll partner directly with executive leaders to evaluate investments, understand performance drivers, and turn complex financial and operational data into clear decisions.
This role combines hands-on financial modeling, investment governance, and business partnership with the opportunity to modernize how finance works. You’ll take the initiative to improve the tools and processes behind planning and reporting, using automation, advanced analytics, and AI to drive greater productivity, accuracy, and clarity.
This role is for someone who enjoys getting into the details, questioning assumptions, and explaining what the business should do next.
What you’ll own:
- Shape investment decisions. Build the business cases behind capital projects and strategic investments. Challenge assumptions, weigh risks and returns, and recommend where to commit resources. Track outcomes to strengthen the next decision.
- Model what comes next. Build driver-based plans, forecasts, and scenarios that help leaders explore options before committing to them. Show how changes in spending, staffing, timing, and execution affect financial outcomes.
- Connect capital spending to execution. Partner with project owners across engineering, IT, facilities, and other business functions, along with accounting, to clarify project costs, improve capital tracking, and support sound capitalization decisions.
- Uncover opportunities to improve performance. Dig into headcount, operating expenses, and project spending to find what’s driving results. Surface emerging risks, identify opportunities, and work with business partners to turn recommendations into action.
