Role Summary
Techno Brain is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Manager - Technology & Product to lead the conception, development, and evolution of scalable, mission-critical digital products for the **public sector and large institutional clients**.
This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle—from product vision and roadmap definition through architecture leadership, development, deployment, and continuous improvement. The incumbent will embed strong product thinking into the organization while ensuring solutions are **secure, scalable, compliant, and built on open-source and cost-efficient technology stacks**.
This is a senior leadership role that bridges **business strategy, product management, and technology architecture**, enabling Techno Brain to build reusable platforms, accelerators, and long-term digital assets rather than only project-based solutions.
Act as **product and technology sponsor** for key accounts and strategic initiatives.
Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on:
Product positioning
Solution architectures
RFP responses and technical proposals
Clearly articulate product roadmaps, trade-offs, and long-term evolution to customers.
Build trusted relationships with client leadership, regulators, and ecosystem partners.
**6. Talent & Product Organization Development**
Build and lead **cross-functional product teams** (Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leads, UX).
Mentor product leaders to strengthen product discovery, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
Partner with HR to build long-term product and architecture capability pipelines.
