Sr Marketing Manager, Amazon

The Sr Marketing Manager, Amazon is responsible for driving sell-through, share growth, and account marketing strategy for the Amazon channel across the portfolio of brands. This role is accountable for traffic, conversion, and share growth.

This role operates as the primary marketing leader for Amazon, orchestrating cross-functional resources from Growth & Demand (media), Digital Shelf & CRM (shelf standards), Brand CoE (brand briefs), and IHA/Content CoE (assets) to execute against omnichannel standards. This role partners closely with Product Marketing and Sales to define the Amazon account strategy, build the account marketing calendar, and lead all account-facing marketing execution — leveraging CoE experts as needed for sell-in.

This is a hybrid role; we work on site 4 days and remotely 1 day, weekly.

• Partner with Merchandising and Sales on Amazon promotional calendar and joint business planning
