- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS supporting enterprise business applications, with significant experience supporting project-based and professional services business processes
- Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM), including functional design, configuration, testing, implementation, and/or production support

The Sr. Oracle Fusion Business Analyst is responsible for providing specialized support for Project Management and Services Delivery functions, leveraging enterprise application systems to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Areas of focus include project management, resource management, project financial management, project costing, project billing, revenue management, time and labor, and services delivery operations.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Serves as the business systems lead and subject matter expert for Project Management and Services Delivery business processes, supporting new or revised software systems, business processes, production issues, and approved enhancements.
- Manages and coordinates application upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system maintenance activities. Ensures compliance with best practices, governance standards, and system security while maintaining supporting documentation.
- Configures, maintains, and optimizes enterprise applications to meet the evolving needs of the Project Management Office (PMO), Services Delivery, and related business organizations.
- Engages with business stakeholders to identify and define system and process improvements capable of meeting current and future business needs.
- Collaborates with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Project Management applications and other enterprise systems, including Financials, HCM, Sales, Contracts, Payroll, and reporting platforms.
- Provides operational and project support for system modifications, including application configuration, business process improvements, and change management activities.
- Conducts detailed analysis of existing project management and services delivery processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational improvement.
- Utilizes expertise in enterprise applications to design and configure solutions that improve project execution, resource utilization, financial management, and services delivery while minimizing customizations where possible.
