- 5+ years of experience in software product design with ownership of end-to-end product experiences
- Experience designing enterprise digital products (healthcare, fintech, analytics, or similarly complex domains)
- Strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture skills

We are seeking an exceptional Sr Product Designer to join our stellar design team. In this role, you will design end-to-end experiences that help healthcare professionals navigate complex workflows with confidence and efficiency. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data teams, and operations to transform customer needs into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas—from framing problems through polished delivery and iteration
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that communicate ideas and validate solutions
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data teams, and operations throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually polished experiences for complex enterprise healthcare workflows
