Skills
Must have
- Significant experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally at scale-up stage and within a multi-product platform.
- Comfort operating in a technical, rules-heavy, or regulated domain where correctness, traceability, and audit-readiness are real constraints.
- Working understanding of the ESG and sustainability landscape, and of why climate-related risk is becoming a board, investor, and regulatory priority.
- Strong evidence of modern PM practice: discovery-led, outcome-oriented, and experienced working with UX/UI on prototyping and user journeys.
- Confident, senior-level customer-facing and communication skills, with technical and executive audiences alike.
- A data-informed approach to decision-making, and enthusiasm for using AI tools across the product lifecycle.
Nice to have
- Climate risk domain knowledge: physical and transition risk, scenario analysis (e.g. NGFS), and TCFD- or IFRS S2-aligned disclosure.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks such as CSRD/ESRS, ISSB, GRI, SASB, or CDP.
- Experience with products that ingest or model third-party ESG or climate data, or that are delivered through partnership.
- Experience in a company expanding its platform through partnership or acquisition.
Full description
Novisto's Sustainability Performance Management platform helps companies and financial institutions manage ESG data, report against evolving frameworks, track sustainability performance, and assess climate-related risks and opportunities. It's a platform under active evolution: extended through partnership and acquisition, expected to incorporate AI capabilities as a baseline market expectation, and held to audit-grade standards of accuracy and traceability by the regulations it serves.
This role owns product outcomes for capabilities on that platform, with a particular focus on Climate Risk, one of our most strategic growth areas. It calls for a PM who can hold real domain and regulatory complexity, think at platform level, and operate with the rigor an audit-ready product demands.
The Opportunity
-
Ownership of key capabilities within a multi-capability platform, setting strategy and roadmap while working with peer PMs to keep the platform coherent.
-
A build/partner/acquire execution model: some capability built in-house, some delivered through partners (such as climate and ESG data providers), some inherited through acquisition.
-
Direct, strategic customer exposure: roadmap presentations, live requirements conversations, and escalations where accuracy and delivery carry real stakes.
Your responsibilities will include
Own product outcomes
-
Hold end-to-end accountability for your capabilities on the platform, including Climate Risk (physical and transition risk assessment, scenario analysis, and climate-related disclosure).
-
Prioritise across competing customer, regulatory, and platform needs, making trade-offs that are legible to engineering, leadership, and customers.
-
Be accountable for measurable outcomes (adoption, retention, delivery against commercial commitments), not just features shipped.
Operate a build/partner/acquire model
-
Work directly with partners to define scope, close product gaps, and manage the product-level relationship.
-
Integrate partnered or acquired capability, including third-party ESG and climate data, into a coherent platform experience.
Bring audit-grade rigor
-
Treat ESG and climate disclosure requirements as first-order product constraints and an active input to roadmap decisions.
-
Apply strong attention to detail across validation logic, edge cases, and UX.
