What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and sustain Python-based services and platform capabilities for an internal AI platform
- Build reusable foundations that enable multiple products across the company to create and operate AI agents
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product partners across Mexico, the United States, and India
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Contribute to a reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable platform for AI-powered products
