Sr. Recruiter

About Growthub

Growthub () is a performance creative agency. We make paid social video ads for DTC and ecommerce brands: podcast clips, spokesperson ads, UGC, skits, VSLs, street interviews, and AI-produced animated ads.

Our output depends on people. Strategists, editors, UGC Managers, and on-camera talent are the product. Hiring the right ones, fast, is a growth lever, not a back-office task.

The role

We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across Growthub's creative roles. This is a hands-on seat with a mandate to raise how the whole team hires.

We want someone who has done this at a recruiting agency and has a track record of hiring creative people: carried a desk, worked to targets, sourced hard-to-find creative talent, and closed them against competing offers. You will fill our open roles and teach us the systems and tactics that made you good at it.

What you'll do

• Run full-cycle recruitment end to end: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Source passive talent directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, creator communities, and referrals, and manage every pipeline in Breezy HR.
• Hire across creative strategists, lead strategists, video editors, street interviewers, UGC managers, and other roles.
• Build and maintain warm talent pools for roles we hire repeatedly, so we are never starting a search from zero.
• Own candidate experience: fast feedback, clear communication, and a close process that wins candidates we compete for.
• Manage offers and negotiation, including counter-offers and notice-period risk.
• Keep our ATS clean and use it as the single source of truth for pipeline and reporting.
• Report weekly on pipeline health, funnel conversion, and time to fill, and flag bottlenecks early.

Raising the bar for the whole team

This is what makes the role senior. We need someone who can build Growthub's recruiting SOPs and processes from the ground up, document them, and make them stick across the team.

• Build recruiting SOPs end-to-end. Document every stage, from role request and intake to sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding handover, with clear owners, timelines, and templates.
• Standardize hiring per role. Scorecards, interview guides, and test briefs for creative strategists, lead strategists, video editors, street interviewers, and UGC managers, so every candidate is assessed the same way.
• Set up Breezy HR to match the process. Pipeline stages, email templates, scorecards, questionnaires, and reporting configured around the SOPs, so Breezy is our single source of truth.
• Repeatable searches and outreach sequences, saved talent pools for roles we hire often, and pipelining ahead of demand.
