**Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join one of clients based in Australia working across branding, web, content, and digital marketing.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely creative, technically minded, and confident designing beyond conventional web experiences. You will work closely with both brand/creative designers and developers, acting as the bridge between creative concepts and technical execution.
You'll take projects from concept through to polished, interactive prototypes, while bringing strong UI/UX thinking, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of how designs are built.
**Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile products
- Translate briefs and product requirements into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs
- Build interactive prototypes that communicate behaviour, not just static screens
- Apply strong grid systems, spacing, and layout discipline across every deliverable
- Use AI tools to speed up exploration and rapid prototyping without sacrificing quality
- Collaborate with developers to make sure designs are built faithfully
- Present, explain, and defend your design decisions to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- Help organise and structure design work so projects move smoothly across the team
