What You'll Do

? Support the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate completion of accounting activities.

? Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

? Analyze balance sheet and P&L variances, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.

? Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

? Assist with financial reporting, audits, and quarter-end/year-end schedules.

? Upload and maintain financial information in Cognos.

? Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.

? Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and special projects.

What You'll Bring

?? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).

?? 2-5 years of accounting experience.

?? Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

?? Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

?? Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and similar functions).

?? Fluent English (written and spoken).

?? Experience in multinational organizations, software/technology companies, Cognos, Dynamics AX, public accounting, CPA or IMCP certifications are a plus.
