Must have
- 8+ years in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or related fields, with at least 7 years focused on AWS Cloud
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Extensive experience building and managing Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) with automation, self-service workflows, and CI/CD
- Proven track record designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale AWS cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML infrastructure, tools, and frameworks
- Extensive experience designing and implementing complex AWS network architectures and security solutions
- Proficiency with core AWS services: EC2, EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
- Leverage IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK
- Create ChatOps interfaces and self-service tools and automation frameworks
- Experience using AI to automate log analysis and anomaly detection for root-cause identification
- Experience designing and implementing LLMs, vector databases, and GPU infrastructure
- Translating natural language requests into IaC or environment configurations
- Ensure AWS environments are scalable, cost-efficient, and resilient with high availability and disaster recovery

This job description is tailored for a Staff Platform Engineer who will focus on both AWS Cloud and the development of an Internal Developer Platform. It emphasizes the need for extensive AWS expertise, leadership in platform design, and experience with automation and self-service tooling to enhance developer productivity.
What you’ll bring:
- The ability to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of an Internal Developer Platform that integrate with AI/ML workflows which enables engineers to autonomously manage and deploy cloud-based services, tools, and applications.
