- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals across APIs, data modeling, UI architecture, performance, and debugging.

- Lead a squad and own delivery for a product area from roadmap to execution.
- Drive technical design across frontend and backend systems and make pragmatic architecture decisions.
- Stay hands-on and personally ship critical parts of the product.
- Build and launch new product surfaces end-to-end.
- Raise engineering quality through code reviews, patterns, testing, and best practices.
- Mentor engineers through clear feedback, technical guidance, and ownership.
- Partner with Product and Design to simplify complex compliance workflows into effective user experiences.
- Improve system performance, reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Drive technical alignment across engineering and product teams.
