- 5–7 years' hands-on Stibo STEP development — configuration, customisation,
- integration. Working knowledge of STEP CWB, STEP APIs, business rules in
- JavaScript, XML / XSD / XPath / XSLT, and Java. Working understanding of
- Customer MDM (CMDM) — match-merge, survivorship, golden record. Experience
- with at least one major ETL or integration tool (SAP BODS, Informatica,
- ODI, SSIS, or similar). SQL working level (Oracle or SQL Server). English
- working proficiency (B2 minimum) — UK client communication is daily.
Nice to have
- Financial services delivery exposure. Stibo certification. Exposure to Erwin
- Data Intelligence, Erwin Data Modeler, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, or
- OneTrust. BAU support experience on a live MDM platform (not just
- implementation projects). Prior UK or Western European client experience.

THE ENGAGEMENT
Support and enhance a live STEP
MDM platform at a UK financial services
client, working from an Infosys
nearshore delivery centre in Central/Eastern
Europe. This is a run-and-iterate
role on an existing Customer MDM
deployment — extending, tuning,
and supporting it, not building from scratch.
The platform underpins the
client's single view of customer data across
multiple product lines,
integrated with their broader data fabric.
