As a Stock Controller Nights, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our stock, supporting smooth operations across the warehouse, and acting as a key point of control for goods in, inventory accuracy, and reporting.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment, yet is adaptable when things shift because in warehousing, they often do.

No two shifts are the same in this fast-paced role. You’ll manage a variety processes, and help improve how we work to ensure consistent, work practices. If you’re ready to get stuck in and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

• Manage inbound shipments via the Goods In Dashboard, processing items from JIT, KLS, 3rd Party, and Bulk suppliers, while escalating any discrepancies to Customer Service, Finance, and Returns.

• Conduct inventory investigations using the Warehouse Management System (GEAC) to resolve physical/system stock discrepancies including negative balances, order errors, and missing or excess stock, among other inventory-related anomalies that may arise.

• Generate and manage inventory reports, ensuring they are completed on schedule, prioritised effectively during busy periods, and maintained to a high standard of accuracy.
