• Identify and drive new opportunities across AI infrastructure, cloud data centers, and next-generation optical connectivity.
• Align customer technology roadmaps and deployment plans with internal product and capacity strategies.
• Manage account forecasting, pipeline visibility, and long-range revenue planning.
• Coordinate execution across NPI, production ramp, mass deployment, delivery, quality, and supply.
• Lead resolution of technical, operational, capacity, and commercial issues.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer and influence product roadmap, resource priorities, and capacity decisions.
• Lead global cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.
• Conduct executive business reviews and strategic account planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, technical sales, business development, customer engineering, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing complex strategic or global customer accounts.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, executive communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate technical, operational, and commercial teams in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting hyperscalers, cloud providers, AI infrastructure companies, or large data-center customers.
