Own the Relationships That Matter Most

We’re partnering confidentially with a growing enterprise technology organization to appoint a senior commercial leader responsible for a small portfolio of its most important global enterprise relationships.

This is not traditional account management. You’ll lead the strategy for 3–5 complex multinational accounts, manage and coach dedicated account owners, build C-suite relationships, and own the commercial growth of the portfolio.

The mandate is straightforward: deepen strategic relationships, expand enterprise adoption, and build credible multi-year growth plans across large global organizations.

What You’ll Own

• Overall growth and commercial performance across a portfolio of strategic global accounts

• Executive relationships with C-suite, SVP and VP stakeholders

• Multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, sites and use cases

• Leadership and coaching of senior account owners and technical specialists

• Complex pricing, negotiation and deal structuring

• Executive-level account planning, forecasting and portfolio reporting

• Expansion opportunities within large, matrixed organizations

• Cross-functional alignment across Sales, Delivery, Product and other internal teams

• Executive escalation and relationship management when required

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in enterprise account management, strategic accounts or senior commercial leadership

• Proven success growing large, complex global enterprise accounts

• Demonstrated ability to independently build relationships at the C-suite and senior executive level

• Strong commercial capability across negotiation, pricing, deal structure and forecasting

• Experience owning significant revenue growth across a strategic account portfolio

• Proven people leadership and coaching experience

• Experience navigating complex, multi-region and multi-stakeholder organizations
