What is your new project?

We are looking for a highly communicative, relationship-driven, and strategically minded SDR who will represent our company and leadership through high-level LinkedIn outreach, networking, and relationship building within the international tech ecosystem.

This is not a traditional mass-outreach SDR role.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and copywriting skills who understands how to build trust, maintain warm professional relationships, and communicate naturally with founders, CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and hiring leaders.

What makes this project exciting?

• 20+ years working with international tech companies and startups
• Strong network and reputation within the Israeli tech ecosystem
• Existing sales infrastructure and outbound systems already in place
• Multiple executive and C-level LinkedIn profiles available for strategic outreach
• Large existing database of founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, and decision makers
• AI-powered outbound workflows, automation systems, and data processes already implemented

What makes you a great fit

• Strong written English and the ability to communicate naturally with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
• Hands-on experience in SDR, outbound sales, lead generation, executive outreach, business development, or relationship management
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), strategic account outreach, or highly personalized outbound
• Strong relationship-building and long-term lead nurturing skills — you know how to maintain meaningful conversations beyond standard follow-ups
• Experience re-engaging dormant or previously contacted leads and finding new reasons to restart a conversation
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn networking, social selling, and executive-level outreach
• Ability to research accounts and identify relevant buying signals and conversation triggers such as funding, hiring, leadership changes, product launches, or company growth
• Strong research and personalization skills, with the ability to use context, previous communication, and mutual connections to create relevant outreach
• Ability to handle objections naturally and keep the relationship open even when there is no immediate sales opportunity
• Experience working with CRM systems and modern outbound / enrichment tools; experience with Clay or similar tools is a plus
• Comfortable using AI for research, analysis, enrichment, and workflow optimization while keeping human communication genuinely human
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt tone and communication style to different people and contexts
• Strategic, proactive, and self-driven mindset — you think beyond generic templates and automated sequences

Your day-to-day in this position

• Manage strategic outbound communication through executive LinkedIn profiles
• Write highly personalized outreach messages tailored to founders, CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and hiring leaders
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with decision makers in the Israeli and international tech ecosystem
• Conduct warm and natural follow-ups that feel human, relationship-driven, and non-salesy
• Identify hiring signals, funding rounds, expansion activities, partnership opportunities, and business needs
• Engage with prospects through comments, reactions, and relationship-building activities before direct outreach
• Maintain consistency in communication style, tone of voice, and personal branding
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, recruiters, lead generation, and sales teams
• Work with CRM systems, LinkedIn automation tools, AI tools, and outbound workflows
• Use AI tools for personalization, research, communication quality improvement, and outreach scalability
• Continuously improve outbound messaging frameworks, outreach strategies, and engagement approaches

Why work with us?

• People-first management with minimal bureaucracy
• A friendly company culture, proven by employees who choose to return
• Flexible working hours
• 29 days of PTO (18 working days per year pluse all national holidays)
• 10 paid recovery days
• Full financial and legal support for independent contractors
• Free English classes, with native speakers or Ukrainian teachers
• Dedicated HR support
