Strategy & Execution Manager (m/f/d)

Who We Are:

We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Strategy & Execution Manager to drive our expansion and transformation in our headquarters in Stuttgart. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder, Founders Associate, and various teams to independently plan and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely, high-quality implementation. You will support process optimization, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to steer strategic initiatives. We value individuals who work independently, take initiative, and excel as genuine team players—those who tackle tasks proactively, quickly adapt to new topics, and contribute innovative ideas. If you’re excited to shape a dynamic environment and make a tangible impact on our growth, you’re the perfect fit for our team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Delivery

Independently lead initiatives from conception to implementation. You will own the full project, managing timelines, resources, and risks ensuring goals translate into tangible results.

• Process Optimization & Efficiency

Analyze workflows across the organization to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. You will act as an internal consultant, helping departments operationalize their goals and reduce administrative friction.

• **Cross-Functional

**Bridge the gap between teams to ensure seamless information flow and collaboration. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain alignment in different projects.

• Insights & Reporting

Translate complex data into actionable insights. You will prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• We are not looking for perfect resumes, but for people who work independently, take responsibility, and are genuine team players.

• You proactively tackle tasks, find solutions rather than problems, and can quickly adapt to new topics. At the same time, you value interaction with others, enjoy working cross-departmentally, and contribute ideas that propel the entire team forward.

• If you are excited to get involved in a dynamic environment and truly make a difference, then you are exactly right for us!

Our interview plan:

• Application

• Take‑home assignment: You’ll work on a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.

• Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions.

• Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.

• Founder Interview (30 min)

• On‑site visit: Meet the team in our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. We aim to give you a clear feel for the role and environment.

• Wellpass (gym membership)

• Flexible working hours

• Option to work from home when needed

• A motivated team and an open corporate culture

• Competitive compensation and excellent career development opportunities
