Full description
Rubb designs and manufactures fabric buildings for a wide range of applications. From the structural steel frame to the finished fabric cover, our buildings are made by a team of skilled people who take pride in quality, craftsmanship, and creating products built to perform.
Help build something you can be proud of.
As a Welder, you’ll play an important role in creating the structural steel framework at the heart of Rubb’s buildings. Working as part of our manufacturing team, you’ll use MIG welding to weld and assemble steel components that become part of our finished structures.
This is a hands-on skilled manufacturing role where quality, precision, and attention to detail matter. You’ll work with steel, welding equipment, and fabrication tools to turn individual components into finished assemblies, with the satisfaction of seeing your work become part of a completed Rubb building.
We’re looking for candidates with a solid foundation in MIG welding who are ready to put their skills to work in a manufacturing environment while continuing to learn and grow.
If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and want to see tangible results from what you build, this could be a great opportunity to put your welding skills to work as part of the Rubb team.
