Superintendent, Turnarounds

Ledcor Industrial is more than a contractor—we’re a powerhouse delivering fully integrated construction, maintenance, and turnaround solutions across some of the largest and most complex industrial projects in Canada. From site preparation to critical path execution, we bring deep expertise, strong coordination, and a relentless focus on safety to every turnaround.

As a multi-discipline, self-performing leader, we execute a significant portion of our work in-house. This provides strong exposure across all phases of execution—from planning and scheduling through shutdown execution and startup readiness. You’ll work within fast-paced, high-pressure turnaround environments where precision, leadership, and clear communication are critical to success.

This role is based in Fort McMurray and supports a major turnaround project with rotational work schedules.

At Ledcor, it’s not just about the project—it’s about building a meaningful career with a team that values integrity, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship. When you join our True Blue team, you’re part of something bigger.
