About the Role
Job Description Summary
The Project Manager will support Spares supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4 by coordinating cross-functional readiness activities, tracking supplier and logistics provider dependencies, maintaining onboarding plans, and ensuring timely escalation of risks and decisions across overlapping L2C phases. This role will provide disciplined project management support to help protect go-live readiness, business continuity, and stakeholder alignment while workstream leads remain focused on subject matter expertise, testing, requirements, and operational execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for Spares supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4, including dependencies from overlapping Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 activities.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics service providers, depots, repair suppliers, returns providers, and other external partners required to support Spares operations.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Support, supplier management, logistics, depot operations, and business process owners to ensure onboarding requirements are clearly defined and executed.
- Track supplier readiness against required process, system, data, finance, trading structure, service, repair, returns, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics requirements.
- Maintain a single source of truth for supplier onboarding status, milestones, issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and open actions.
- Drive recurring workstream cadence meetings, document outcomes, assign owners, track follow-ups, and ensure actions are closed on time.
- Build and manage onboarding playbooks, supplier sequencing plans, readiness checklists, dependency maps, RAID logs, decision logs, and escalation trackers.
- Identify cross-phase conflicts, schedule risks, resource constraints, and readiness gaps that may impact Phase 4 delivery or business continuity.
- Escalate blockers and decisions needed in a timely, fact-based manner with clear options, impacts, owners, and recommended next steps.
- Partners with testing, UAT, cutover, and HyperCare teams to confirm supplier onboarding activities are aligned with technical readiness, business readiness, and go-live criteria.
