About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain operations for a nuclear plant build, including planning, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics, while leading the implementation of NetSuite's ERP inventory and supply chain modules. This is a build role: you'll design and stand up the systems and processes from scratch while keeping day-to-day operations running, all within a nuclear quality assurance program where traceability and documentation control are licensing conditions. This role will support TNC’s greenfield nuclear construction projects and is not assigned to the V.C. Summer project or work being performed through TNC’s related joint venture.
This is a hybrid position based in our downtown Columbia, South Carolina office, with an expected in-office presence of 2-3 days per week. The role has been posted in surrounding markets for visibility, as the hybrid schedule may make the commute workable for candidates living outside the immediate Columbia area.
ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
- Operate within a nuclear QA program (10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1), applying graded QA controls across safety-related, safety-significant, and commercial-grade items; maintain full item traceability (heat/lot numbers, CMTRs, certificates of conformance)
