Support Engineer (Junior Systems Administrator - Contract, Part Time)

Company Overview

Procure Analytics is a tech-enabled global purchasing organization for MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) supplies and packaging. We leverage over $1B in buying power to deliver up-front and ongoing savings for more than 800 member companies, from mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, including US Foods, Honeywell, Macy’s, and Sabre.

MRO is a frequently overlooked category, often making up only 1–3% of a company’s total purchases but involving millions of SKUs and thousands of transactions. We were founded to address that gap. Since our start with 2 employees and $5M in managed spend, we have grown to over 100 employees and more than $1B in spend, while keeping a high-touch, member-focused service model. Our services, analytics, and training are provided to members at no cost.

Our values: We act with integrity and compliance, drive value creation and innovation, operate as disciplined entrepreneurs, and treat others with dignity and respect. We are collaborative, humble, and values-driven.

Ownership: Genstar Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm with approximately $33B in assets under management, invested in Procure Analytics in December 2021 alongside a rollover from Bregal Sagemount and our management team.
