Geophysical interpretation QAQC: Review interpretation of SSS, MBES, SBP, magnetometer, pipeline & structure inspection and ROV-support datasets to confirm that freespans, scours, debris, crossings, exposures and anomalies are correctly classified and reported.

ROV vs survey cross-checking: Cross-check geophysical findings against ROV inspection records, video logs, stills, eventing sheets and as-built/client data to identify mismatches before final report submission.

Tender/project support: Review tender assumptions, survey methodology, reporting requirements, deliverables matrix and client specifications to ensure QAQC needs are built into the project from the start.

Reports validation:

Deliverable acceptance: Establish formal report acceptance criteria/checklists for each survey scope, including minimum content, drawings, charts, mosaics, event lists, anomaly registers and supporting appendices.

Subcontractor control: Review and monitor subcontractor survey processing/reporting outputs, including competence, software used, deliverable quality, revision control, and responsiveness to comments.

Compliance and Safety:

NCR and technical query management: Raise, track and close technical NCRs, observations, comments and client queries related to survey deliverables.

Lessons learned: Maintain a survey reporting lessons learned register and ensure recurring reporting errors are addressed through template updates, checklists or additional verification steps.
