Who is Credible?

Credible is a leading U.S. consumer finance marketplace, transforming the way consumers access and compare financial products. We operate at a consumer and enterprise level. On the consumer side, we help millions of people make smarter financial decisions by comparing personalized, pre-qualified offers across student loans, personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, and insurance — all without impacting their credit score. On the enterprise side, we power financial product comparison and distribution through deep integrations and partnerships with lenders, insurance carriers, and financial institutions, as well as providing marketplace technology and capabilities to third-party partners and distribution channels.

About the Role:

Credible, a FOX Corporation company, is seeking a dynamic and data-driven leader to oversee our Marketing team. As a trusted consumer marketplace, Credible helps millions of people make smarter decisions- from student loans to banking to consumer goods. Backed by the reach and resources of FOX, we are uniquely positioned to blend performance-driven marketing with the credibility of a household media brand.

In this role, you will own and scale Credible’s customer acquisition engine across Organic Marketing, Direct Mail, Display Advertising, Lifecycle Marketing and, depending on experience, Performance Marketing. From direct response ad buys to SEO and content strategies, emailing and customer retention, you will be responsible for leading a team that drives sustainable growth, builds our brand presence, and deepens engagement with consumers across Credible.com and our publisher partner network.

This role is a highly visible and influential role, both inside Credible and across its broader media ecosystem. You’ll work cross-functionally with Business Development, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering, while leading exceptional teams in Paid, Organic, and Lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical with an understanding of customer behavior and sensible creative aesthetic. You will thrive in a fast-moving environment, and are passionate about using marketing to help consumers make great decisions.

• Own and lead Credible’s multi-channel marketing strategy, spanning Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Direct Mail, Display, SEO, Content, and Lifecycle marketing.

• Lead a data-driven Lifecycle Marketing program that leverages segmentation, behavioral insights, and automation to deliver the right message at the right time, maximizing customer life-time-value (LTV) and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Credible’s Business Development team to maximize economics, reach, unlock new distribution channels, and dominate share-of-voice in competitive categories.

• Own budgeting and P&L accountability - set ambitious but achievable goals for revenue, profit, CAC, LTV, traffic, and ROI, and ensure disciplined execution against them.

• Build and scale high-performing Paid, Organic, and Lifecycle teams, empowering leaders while ensuring alignment across channels.

• Conduct market sizing and ROI modeling to prioritize opportunities, balancing immediate revenue impact with sustainable brand authority.

• Launch and scale large TAM channels such as Direct Mail and Programmatic Display.

• Establish clear measurement frameworks, tracking both leading indicators and long-term outcomes to guide decisions and optimize spend.

• Foster a culture of experimentation—-sing data, insights, and testing to continuously refine acquisition and engagement strategies.

• Stay at the forefront of ad tech, analytics, content optimization, and performance marketing best practices to keep Credible ahead of the curve.
