Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Symphony automation engineer (Agentic Enterprise Orchestration Engineer – Automation & Workflow Orchestration) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in automation tools, workflow orchestration, and enterprise job scheduling, with the ability to design scalable automation solutions across SAP and non-SAP environments.
This role requires expertise in translating business requirements into automation pipelines, optimizing workflows, and contributing to next-generation agentic automation platforms while ensuring reliability, performance, and seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a strong desire to continuously expand knowledge in automation, orchestration platforms, and agentic technologies.
- Design and implement automation workflows and job orchestration pipelines across enterprise environments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient automation solutions.
- Engage with customers for requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery.
- Onboard and adapt existing scripts and automation processes into orchestration platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Support migration activities from legacy schedulers (e.g., Stonebranch, Control-M) to modern orchestration platforms.
- Contribute to platform enhancements, feature development, and product innovation initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage multiple automation tasks to meet delivery timelines and commitments.
