- Are you a hands-on infrastructure professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and supporting diverse customer environments?
- IT By Design is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Technology Pillar and Infrastructure Management team in the Philippines!
In this role, you'll take ownership of technical escalations, troubleshoot business-critical infrastructure issues, and support server, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments across multiple customer networks.
What You'll Do:
- Own and resolve technical escalations while meeting customer SLAs.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage incidents, provide timely updates, and identify root causes.
- Monitor infrastructure health using RMM and monitoring tools.
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve recurring infrastructure issues.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
What We're Looking For:
