- Business to Technical Translation: ทำความเข้าใจ Requirement และ Business Flow จากฝั่งธุรกิจ เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์และออกแบบเป็นโครงสร้างระบบ (System Architecture) ที่ตอบโจทย์การใช้งานจริงและรองรับการขยายตัวในอนาคต
- System Design & Overview: ออกแบบภาพรวมของระบบทั้งหมดให้เชื่อมโยงกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งฝั่ง Web Application, Mobile Application, API, Database และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอื่นๆ
- Technical Mentoring & Support: เป็นที่ปรึกษาหลัก (Technical Consultant) คอยสอนงาน แนะนำแนวทาง และช่วยเหลือน้องๆ ในทีม Developer เมื่อติดปัญหา (Blocker) เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพของทีม
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: ร่วมทำ Code Review เพื่อตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการพัฒนา ตรวจจับข้อผิดพลาดเชิงลอจิก และรับประกันว่าโค้ดที่ออกมามีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัย และดูแลรักษาง่าย (Maintainability)
- End-to-End Project Delivery: ควบคุมทิศทางและรับผิดชอบการพัฒนาฝั่ง Technical ของโปรเจกต์ ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนสามารถ "จบโปรเจกต์และส่งมอบงานได้จริง" (Project Go-Live)
- Cross-Functional Coordination: ประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับ Project Manager, QA, UX/UI และทีม Business เพื่อให้ทุกฝ่ายเห็นภาพรวมของระบบตรงกัน และป้องกันความคลาดเคลื่อนในการพัฒนา
- Development Background: มีประสบการณ์ในการลงมือเขียนโค้ดและพัฒนาโปรแกรม (Developer) อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- SA Experience: มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบทบาท System Analyst อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- Web & Mobile Understanding: มีความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับสถาปัตยกรรมและข้อจำกัดของการพัฒนาทั้งระบบ Web Application และ Mobile Application
- Business Acumen: มีเซนส์ทางธุรกิจ (Business Logic) สามารถตีโจทย์จากความต้องการของลูกค้าหรือฝั่งบริหาร ให้ออกมาเป็น Technical Solution ที่คุ้มค่าและใช้งานได้จริง
- System Architecture Vision: มองเห็นภาพรวมของระบบ (Overall System) ตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำยันปลายน้ำ เข้าใจการทำงานร่วมกันของ Frontend, Backend และ 3rd-Party Integration
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ ระบบ VPN, Networking หรือ Internet Privacy จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Proven Track Record: เคยมีส่วนร่วมหรือเป็นแกนนำในการพัฒนาโปรเจกต์ซอฟต์แวร์จนสำเร็จและเปิดใช้งานจริงมาแล้ว
