System Analyst

About the role

This role involves identifying business needs and developing digitalization and automation opportunities aligned with business requirements. The System Analyst will analyze running business processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements through digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze running business processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements through digital solutions
• Analyze ERP system requirements and provide solution recommendations aligned with company business needs
• Develop and maintain product roadmap, product backlog, development priorities, and release plans based on business impact and technical feasibility
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of developed solutions
• Coordinate with users, vendors, IT Support, and project teams in the process of system solution development, testing, and implementation
• Ensure developed solutions meet user needs, quality standards, and company business objectives

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience as System Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar position
• Understanding of requirement gathering processes, business process analysis, and system requirement documentation
• Able to develop PRD/FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow and data flow mapping
• Understanding of ERP systems and system integration processes; experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination capabilities
• Experience in IT consulting firms, software houses, or ERP implementation projects is a plus
