- Analyze existing payment provider and banking integrations, investigate L3 issues and change requests to define the required system changes.
- Apply your expertise to solve complex payment-domain problems, such as increasing payment success rates, improving reliability and security, handling asynchronous processing, retries and idempotency, and resolving data inconsistencies between systems.

- Take part in architecture and solution design together with the architect, engineers, and QA. Propose technically feasible solutions, explain trade-offs and contribute to API and system design decisions.
- Participate in peer reviews to improve the quality, consistency and technical accuracy of specifications.
- Regularly update and improve documentation, including specification templates and standards, to keep it clear, accurate and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
