Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, architectural diagrams, user guides, and training materials
- Develop and maintain system design documents, including process flows and use cases
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to specifications
- Provide support and training to end-users to ensure successful system adoption
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in system analysis and design
Qualifications
