Full description
Responsibilities:
- The System Engineer shall:
- Provide onsite support services for system (critical) operations including but not limited to
- Investigate, replicate and resolve software and system-related issues
- Implement system changes, conduct system verification and testing
- Perform server administration, monitoring, exception analysis and response
- Perform network and server system configuration management
- Maintain operation manuals, procedures and network diagrams
- Generate users reports and system statistics
- Escalate critical and unresolved technical issues to Senior Engineer and Project Manager from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT discipline or equivalent
