Full description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily Data Centre and control room operational support, including system health check, batch job processing, report printing and backup tape handling
- Need to work on shift duty for the routine operations and administration of our clients’ network and systems hosted in Data Centre and control room
- Perform 1st level of trouble shooting and reliable and quality backup management
- Perform Infrastructure monitoring and forwarding alerts
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines
- 3 year or above in Data Centre operation
- Hard-working, punctuality and positive attitude;
- Able to work on-site, 7x24 shift and overnight shift
- Candidate with more experience would be considered as senior/ supervisor role
- Immediately available is preferred
