Must have
- 5+ years hands-on systems administration experience in a business/enterprise environment
- Administration experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory skills, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file permissions
- Hands-on VMware vSphere/ESXi administration experience
- Working knowledge of Cisco networking, TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs and switching

General Summary
The Systems Administrator is responsible for the reliable, secure operation and ongoing improvement of Eclipse Aerospace's on-premises infrastructure, virtual servers, enterprise identity systems, cloud services, and business critical applications. This hands-on position requires independent troubleshooting, sound technical judgment, thorough documentation, and effective collaboration with IT colleagues and business users. Secondary responsibilities include end-user support, service request resolution, and hardware and software lifecycle management.
