Our Frisco, Texas office is home to Elixirr Digital’s US headquarters. It drives our data, AI and digital solutions. We are building a team here, that deliver the full suite of Elixirr’s execution capabilities.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for high-calibre, client-facing consulting and advisory talent across the US business. You will partner with senior stakeholders to attract exceptional individuals with experience in strategy, business transformation, digital, AI, and broader business services consulting. You will elevate hiring standards, assess candidates with a strong focus on emotional intelligence (EQ) alongside capability, and help build an AI-native recruitment function through process innovation and automation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment for digital, data, technology, consulting and strategy advisory roles.
- Be accountable for speed and quality of suitable hires for all open roles
- Maintain the highest standards of candidate data integrity via our ATS, Greenhouse
- Partner with Partners and business leaders on hiring strategy and optimising process efficiencies.
- Assess technical capability, commercial acumen and emotional intelligence (EQ).
