Talent Acquisition & HR Lead - B2B SaaS

About the Role:

We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition & HR Lead at Zenskar to build and scale the talent engine as the company continues to grow across India and the US.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role combining strategic talent acquisition, executive hiring, GTM hiring, team management, and HR partnership. You will work closely with the founders and senior leadership to transition from founder-led hiring to a structured, manager-led hiring model.

You will:

• Own end-to-end hiring across India and build scalable hiring capabilities for the US

• Lead and manage a TA & HR team of 3, including setting KPIs, driving performance, and improving recruiter productivity

• Build sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines across critical roles

• Partner with founders and hiring managers on JDs, intake calls, hiring plans, and candidate evaluation

• Drive GTM hiring across Sales, SDR/BDR, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and related functions

• Personally source, assess, and close senior leadership and executive-level hires

• Manage hiring across US/global markets, including talent mapping, sourcing strategy, compensation benchmarking, and offer management

• Own candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding handoff

• Manage external recruiting agencies and vendors for global/US hiring where required

• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, and funnel health

• Identify hiring bottlenecks and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them

• Build structured interview processes, competency frameworks, scorecards, and interviewer training programs

• Mentor the existing TA & HR team and provide guidance on complex hiring and people-related situations

• Partner with HR on performance frameworks, policies, employee experience, and process design

• Bring market insights around compensation, candidate expectations, talent availability, and attrition into broader HR discussions

• Help build scalable recruitment and people processes as the organization grows

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / TA leadership, with the last 5+ years in B2B SaaS companies selling to global markets, preferably Series A - E startups

• Strong hands-on GTM hiring experience in a global B2B SaaS environment. GTM hiring should be a core part of your experience compared with Product and Engineering hiring

• Significant hiring exposure across Sales, SDR/BDR, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and similar GTM functions

• Proven experience hiring across the US or other global markets

• Experience hiring VP / Senior Management / Leadership roles

• Experience managing and developing a TA / HR team of 2+ members

• Experience building recruitment structure within a scaling startup, including hiring frameworks, processes, workflows, and stakeholder alignment

• Strong hands-on expertise with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, hiring workflows, and recruitment analytics

• Experience implementing structured, competency-based interviews, scorecards, and interviewer training frameworks

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence founders, hiring managers, and senior leadership

• Exposure to broader HR areas such as onboarding, performance management, policies, and employee experience

• Experience specifically within B2B SaaS companies selling to global markets. SaaS experience limited to the Indian market will not be considered

This is a doers' role - you will not just manage hiring dashboards. You will actively source, screen, and close candidates, manage the TA & HR team, coach recruiters, and partner directly with founders and senior leadership.

As Zenskar scales, this role offers a strong growth path toward becoming a senior TA / HR leader with increasing ownership of the talent and people function across geographies.
