Talent Acquisition Lead

StemWave — Join a team where innovation meets social impact.

StemWave is a fast-growing medical technology company transforming how providers help patients recover, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Our non-invasive technology is already trusted by more than 500 medical offices nationwide, but our growth is only beginning.

We are building a team of ambitious, adaptable people who take ownership, move quickly, and want their work to make a real impact. Strong performance is recognized, new ideas are encouraged, and employees have the opportunity to grow their careers alongside the company.

As StemWave continues to scale, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who genuinely loves recruiting. This person will own the full hiring process, partner closely with hiring leaders, take on whatever the day requires, and help shape how we attract and hire exceptional people.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and build strong talent pipelines.

• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates across multiple channels.

• Deliver a thoughtful and professional candidate experience from the first interaction through onboarding.

• Manage recruiting priorities in a fast-moving environment while keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.

• Take ownership of Talent Acquisition and People projects as needs arise. No task is beneath the role.

• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, communication, and reporting.

• Represent StemWave’s mission, values, and culture in every candidate interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-7 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a startup, high-growth company, or fast-paced environment.

• A genuine passion for recruiting and connecting talented people with the right opportunities.

• A high-ownership mentality and willingness to step in wherever support is needed.

• A growth mindset and a desire to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition or People Operations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

• The ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and remain composed as needs change.

• A performance-driven mindset and motivation to contribute to the company’s growth.
