Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruiters Who Want to Build Something Big

BlitzenX is not looking for recruiters who post jobs and wait.

We are looking for talent hunters.

People who know how to identify, engage, qualify, and close top talent before competitors even know they are available.

As we scale our consulting and technology business, recruiting becomes one of the most critical functions in the company. Every successful hire directly impacts our ability to deliver for clients, grow practices, and build future leaders.

If you are energized by targets, competition, urgency, ownership, and the satisfaction of winning difficult hires, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake through candidate onboarding.

Your responsibilities include:

Talent Identification & Market Mapping

• Build talent pipelines across technology and consulting domains.
• Identify passive and active candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Create talent maps for strategic and future hiring requirements.
• Continuously expand candidate networks and referral ecosystems.

Candidate Acquisition

• Source, engage, screen, and qualify candidates against business requirements.
• Conduct detailed recruiter assessments covering technical fit, communication, stability, compensation, and career motivations.
• Present high-quality candidate shortlists to hiring managers.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Interview & Offer Management

• Coordinate and drive interview processes with speed and precision.
• Manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring cycle.
• Lead compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
• Drive offer acceptance and joining conversions.

Business Partnership

• Work directly with Delivery Managers, Practice Heads, and Leadership teams.
• Understand project demands, workforce plans, and growth objectives.
• Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
• Act as a strategic hiring partner rather than a transactional recruiter.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain ATS accuracy and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
• Support onboarding readiness for all successful hires.
