Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source candidates for inbound and outbound call center positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings in customer support and telecalling roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the BPO or customer service industry.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and various sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
