• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings, particularly in telecalling and voice process roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and various sourcing techniques.
