Talent Acquisition Specialist

About Perry Weather

Perry Weather is the weather safety standard for organizations that operate outdoors. We combine on-site weather hardware with a software platform that automates alerts, siren activations, and safety decisions for more than 3,000 organizations — from the PGA of America, the NFL, and MLB to Turner Construction, thousands of school districts, cities, and golf courses. We've grown 80%+ annually for five consecutive years, and are continuing to grow.

We're headquartered in Dallas at The Centrum, in the Oak Lawn neighborhood, where our teams work together every day to help organizations make faster and safer decisions when weather puts people, assets, and operations at risk.

About the Role

Perry Weather is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and help scale the recruiting function during a period of rapid growth. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the rest of the recruiting team to identify and hire the people who will define the next stage of the company. This role will have a direct impact on our ability to scale our technology, expand our customer base, and deliver on our mission of helping organizations achieve zero weather-related incidents while keeping operations running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about full life-cycle recruiting and thrives on execution - sourcing exceptional talent, running a great candidate experience, and closing great hires across multiple departments.

Why This Role Matters

Perry Weather is growing quickly, and hiring great people is one of the biggest levers we have to keep that growth going. Every hire you help bring on board directly shapes our ability to scale our technology, expand our customer base, and deliver on our mission - which makes this role integral to the company's success, not just a support function behind it. You'll have a direct hand in building the team that gets us to our next stage of growth.
